We are very pleased to announce the launch of OPP (Onboarding Process Platform) for all degrees. It is a web app developed to improve the admissions process for the candidates and achieve a better customer experience in the first contact. Thus, we can say that the admission application is 100% online!!
The advantages of the new OPP:
- For the candidate for student, it provides a total adaptation to any mobile device and facilitates user experience considerably such as login through social networks.
- For the staff, it is integrated with our CRM, allowing to process the data uploaded by the students at the same time. In addition, OPP can integrate with other systems to provide complex analytics of user behavior.
The OPP for degrees has only been launched for three programs, and during the next weeks it will be opening to all other degrees with active intakes.
The project has been possible thanks to the collaboration among the Admissions, Marketing and IT departments.
Its implementation has been progressive since 2018: IE XL, LLM programs, the rest of master programs and finally, all degrees. At present, we are working on improving the pipepline.
