From now on, candidates will have an improved support chatbot available on the OPP (Onboarding Process Platform), through which they will be able to solve their doubts and report incidents in case they occur during the process.
In doing so, the aim is to further improve the experience of candidates in their first contact with IE University.
Different departments have worked together on this project: Marketing (Alejandro Pedroche and Lucia Malmierca); Application Support (Diego Fresco, Diego Melero and Maria Osman); and IT (Alejandro Ameneiro, Joseba Fernandez and Tania Romero).
