We are excited to inform you that we have launched the new application web for loan request (OPP Loans) to enable the process of mediator between banks (Sabadell and Santander) and the student.
This new web, integrated within the macro project of OPP (Onboarding Process Platform), means a big step for the digitalization of the loan process inside IE and is framed under the customer centricity focus to enable the candidate´s application process and experience.
The main highlights are:
- Available in English and Spanish.
- Easy access for candidates with their same OPP ID credentials (single sign on).
- Responsive design, so it is accessible from any device.
- The form provides more information about the financial situation of the applicants.
- Candidates can apply for up to two bank loans.
- Real time tracking of the loan applications through CRM.
- The development of the web app includes improvements in both security and process transparency.
