He talks, in general, about the implementation of hybrid learning and IE University's response to COVID-19, and, in particular, how our priorities have changed: adaptation of the classroom to liquid learning; implementation of remote working for 100% of the staff; resilience of communications; new IT support model (24 x 7); COVID-19 Tracer web application, etc.
