What is PoD? It is a service (Print on Demand) according to which students are offered the possibility of requesting the printing of their coursepack – basic and compulsory subjects – for a symbolic price of €20 that they pay at the beginning of the periods of their program or course.
Students can access this service through a link available in IE Campus.
This project, undertaken by the IE Editorial Department with our Atenea team from the IT Department, has already been successfully implemented in IE schools for Masters students. This next academic year 2017-18 will be launched for the first time for students from IE University, achieving in total 5,000 graduate and undergraduate students approximately.
The service is available to students who have enrolled in the following academic year of these degrees:

The proceeds will go to CSR projects. Among them, the initiative according to which IE collaborates with WWF for more than 4 years: “100 companies for the forests”. Through it, IE Editorial organizes every year with students from all IE schools a trip to the Doñana National Park for the reforestation of several native species of trees.
Also, this initiative is part of the project IE Editorial “We are 100% digital” in collaboration with WWF, and through it, IE has delivered for several years all the teaching materials to follow their classes in digital format. This has meant a clear energy saving, of paper consumption and a greater awareness on the part of the students with the environment.
IE University has become the pioneer of the education sector, offering its students a fully digital and responsive work and study environment, and allowing students to download and read in all devices all the teaching material.
