The Registrar’s Office of IE University, the Degree Management Teams, and our IT Department have worked together to launch the first phase of the website for the recognition of subjects for final-year students who are doing programs and are in the process of completing their last credits before graduation: https://ieu-recognition.ie.edu/#/login

This first phase has been available to students from May 24 to June 13 and has already enabled some 100 students to secure recognition for over 230 subjects from a range of backgrounds. This phase has permitted our colleagues to process the recognition of subjects undertaken by means of the following: complementary education; other bachelor programs at IE University; and the Legal Practice Course module of the Bachelor in Laws program.

We are currently testing the second phase of this platform. It will be launched next June 26, and will be aimed at over 750 students who are doing their third and fourth year of programs.

This website is a great achievement in terms of the automation and continuous improvement of the processes and services of IE University, in that it enables the students to process the request for recognition of subjects easily and directly, without having to enlist the support of their Degree Management Teams or the Registrar’s Office.
