From our Innovation area, our main objective is to identify, evaluate and monitor opportunities of an innovative nature and promote their implementation as projects satisfactorily, in order to obtain the greatest benefit at all levels and thus contribute to the commitment that our Institution has for obtaining academic excellence.
HOW?
By these innovative projects we understand those that reinvent and evolve products, services and processes, and those that are both incremental and radical in nature.
WHAT?
Our functions are:
- Strategic consulting support and guidance through key IT initiatives.
- Communication of project decisions and priorities.
- Identifying technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage.
- Collaboration with business management and other key stakeholders in defining and prioritising innovative opportunities and projects.
