As of today, we already have the new Self-Service Portal: https://servicedesk.ie.edu
This portal is focused on supporting related to IT, HR and Facilities and Services, and it is aimed at all users, that is, Staff, Faculty and Students.
You can see these improvements:
• better performance web;
• new features such as updating or attaching documents to tickets already created;
• new design following our strategy of brand unification; and
• new development using responsive design in order to make it accessible from any device.
