WHY?
We implement and maintain the functionalities and requirements of the different departments in the Information Systems platform that supports IE's operations and business processes.
HOW?
We are organised by Services, each of which supports a group of applications. The different jobs come to us via the IT Business Partners, who are responsible, among other things, for managing the demand from the different business units. Another channel for incoming work are the requests via Servicenow, which come directly from the users.
WHAT?
Our goal is to make the platform work properly and to evolve it according to the needs of the business and the evolution of technology.
